Wolf Cub Scouts are 8 years old when they join Pack 429 and become Bear Cub Scouts when they turn 9 years old. They work with their parents and den leaders to complete activities to earn their respective badges. When they turn 10 they become a WEBELOS Cub Scout and work mostly with their den leader to complete the requirements needed to earn their WEBELOS badge and ARROW OF LIGHT badge (the highest honor in Cub Scouts and only patch that can be worn on the Boy Scout Uniform).

Gum Gallery Tour in September

School and weekly den meetings have begun again. October is here and so is the cool weather! Yeah to that! September's Cub Scouting theme was Cub Scout Pockets. The scouts made crafts, pet rocks, pocket holder of emergency phone numbers and shared their own collections and visited the largest chewing gum collection, probably in the world! The Gum Gallery is in Quartzsite, Arizona and is collected by Joanne Brunet. She has been collecting gum since the 1940's and the Scouts loved it!
